30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on unused, unopened units within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Return

Email returns@circuitprosupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be in original, unopened OEM packaging
• Units must be unused and undamaged
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed circuit breakers
• Items with damaged or missing packaging
• Orders outside the 30-day return window
